| James J. Petrock (Bio) offers over 38 years of legal experience, including work on the legal staffs of the United States Navy, Denver Water Board (8 years), Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company (US West), and 26 years in private practice. That experience includes representation of county government, city government, special districts, businesses, homeowners' groups, and individuals. Mr. Petrock has been counsel for North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District for more than 26 years. During that time he has provided representation in industrial pre-treatment litigation, water quality matters, including stream classification proceedings and water court filings. In his capacity as Gilpin County Attorney for more than 25 years, he has had extensive experience working with numerous special districts located in Gilpin County.
